It was refreshing to see (or hear, rather) NPR get up off its knee pads for five minutes today during their story of the White House NYC photo op disaster. The NPR reporter described the panic that ensued in NY and NJ, discussed how furious the mayor was, and then ended his report by saying (in paraphrase): well, at least they got some good pictures - it was a bright, sunny day ... [long pause] ... just like September 11th.
Stab!
Odd how the White House doesn't seem to remember September 11.
ReplyDeleteit doesn't fit with their narrative, so they don't remember it, unfortunately.
ReplyDeleteEvery day is the beginning of time with these people. And, every day I can't believe what I am hearing.
ReplyDeleteMy six year old has more experience in some ways. Well, at least he's learned there is a difference between good and evil, and he knows when he's living in the-world-as-he'd-like-it-to-be and when he's in the-world-as-it-really-is. I don't think you can say the same of the WH folk.
