The squash cake tastes wonderful but I've had to cut myself off from it - so much sugar! I might try it again with less and a cut of splenda. My bloodwork was less than optimum recently and I have to be strident in my diet. So no, I won't be baking this one soon, but I am filing the recipe! Barbara
