I just ate my first taco truck lunch. I know: that's pretty pathetic, considering I've lived here for 16 years. Oh wow, was it amazing. I should have taken a picture of the truck, and then paused to take pictures of the beautiful tacos before I dove in, but I'm afraid I could not. Waiting to eat these little beauties for one more minute would have been actually sinful - I am quite certain of that.
Next time I'll just have to buy 2 portions, eat 1 and then take pictures of the other. And then eat that, too. Problem solved.
